Applicants should be:
Full-time teachers in primary or secondary schools in Hong Kong.
Full-time school social workers or youth workers.
Teaching professionals or administrators in educational institutes or parents, who are holders of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

A Crossed Cheque or Cashier Order of HK$200, made payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” (Name of applicant, course title and contact telephone number should be clearly marked on the back of the cheque) OR;
Photocopy of Bank-in Slip of HK$200 (Name of applicant, course title and contact telephone number should be clearly marked on the back of the slip)
