Registration for Presenters and General Participants
Fee Schedule
The registration fees apply to both presenters and general participants (non-presenters) and cover admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, a welcoming reception, refreshments and lunches.
Participants are also welcome to join a school visit held in the morning of 13 December 2018 (Thursday) with an additional fee. The fee covers a group insurance premium (for those aged 90 or below) and transportation to/from an MTR station in the urban area. Enrolment for the visit is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
If the no. of registrants for the school visit is not sufficient, the visit shall be cancelled. The affected individuals will be notified and refund will be made to them at the conference.

^ Subject to availability of seats, online registration shall be suspended from 7 December 2018 onwards. Should you wish to register after the date, please contact the conference secretariat to ensure there is still any vacancy.
# For student: Please submit proof of your full-time student status, such as a copy of your student ID card or a statement from your advisor. The discrepant amount from the applicable registration fee shall be charged on-site for students unable to provide the proof. The full-time student status should be valid as of 15 December 2018.
@ For current HKERA member: Please submit proof of your HKERA membership, such as a copy of your membership card. The discrepant amount from the applicable registration fee shall be charged on-site for registrants unable to provide the proof.
