Language

The working languages of the conference are English, Putonghua and Cantonese. The abstract should be in the same language as the oral presentation during the conference. Unanimous consent must be obtained from all the audience in the venue if there is a change of the presentation language.

Accommodation

Overseas participants shall enjoy special room rates at 4 hotels in Shatin and 1 hotel in Mongkok. The rates are applicable to period of stay between 12 and 16 December 2018. Participants please make reservation directly with the hotels accordingly.

From the Hong Kong International Airport
By Taxi

Exit from the Arrivals Hall Entrance and proceed through the left-hand ramp to the Taxi Station.
Take a taxi. The fare is around HK$300-400 and the journey shall be about 45 minutes.

By Airport Bus and MTR

Take airport bus route no. A41. Drop off at Shatin Central Bus Terminal (Shatin New Town Plaza). The bus ride takes 65-70 minutes depending on the traffic. The fare is HK$22.3

At Shatin, either take a taxi (the fare is about HK$65 and it takes 10 minutes) or a MTR train (the fare is $4.5 and it takes 8 minutes; not recommended if you have bulky luggage).

From Shenzhen
After passing through the Immigration at Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau, take the East Rail Line at Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau Station, pass Sheung Shui, Fanling, Tai Wo, Tai Po Market and exit at University Station. The fare is HK$28 and it takes about 24-29 minutes.
