In order to develop quality schools and leadership, this programme conducts high-quality research on issues related to educational administration and leadership in Hong Kong and on the Chinese Mainland. The programme encourages academic exchange, and attempts to accelerate the formulation and evaluation of educational policy. It also provides a solid academic and research basis for the development of training and development programmes for educational administrators and leaders to facilitate the implementation of quality education.
